Bad guy got done in by his own partner just because he was about to shoot Danno (he was told earlier not to). ZERO obviously doesn’t care who they kill as long as they see fit. That is also why I love this show~ the fact that people actually died. So Danno and the younger chap were now held by the other partner.
Hibino got a call by Mishima who asked her whereabouts and Ikuo’s. She then told Chouno that she was sorry she couldn’t continue investigating further into Ikuo’s relationship with Danno. I take it that she decided to accept Ikuo for who he is, no matter what? Yessss
Bad guy held Danno and the chap at the back room for some peaceful talk.
I’m telling you, they chose the haunted house for a reason LMAO. They got Ikuo to do this freak zombie! Man, am I glad I wasn’t drinking or eating because I would’ve puked, not out of horror but the humor!
The way he fought and his dead eyes, reminded me of his character in The Brain Man. If you haven’t heard or watched it, I recommend you do so, it’s good. I think he got some fighting moves from that movie anyway. So the flashbacks sort of triggered Ikuo to wake up and I don’t know how the hell he knew where to find Danno, but somehow he ended up there just in time to rescue them. Beat the bad guy into a pulp by the way.
Hibino followed Ikuo’s trail of blood and heard from the staffs that the Haunted house had a bloody corpse so she headed over. But Hibino was captured by someone and fainted. They were burning the whole place down. Dirty police!
Danno found Hibino lying unconscious on the floor and asked the rest to go first. He woke her up and she asked him what relationship he had with Ikuo, to which he replied, ‘family.’
Wow this is intense, the bad police were basically hunting for them and trying to kill them. Luckily for Danno and Hibino, Chouno got to them in time (at least he had a gun for defense). Ikuo on the other hand stumbled into Hijiri.
Okay, what is this change of events? So Hijiri is the good guy afterall??? He actually fired a shot at this bad guy who was aiming to kill Ikuo. Then he offered his hand to him? Was he the guy who brought Ikuo to the orphanage? (oh but later, Ikuo realized it wasn’t his hand, so somebody else?)
So many twists and turns in this show I’m not sure I can handle this! Hijiri was probably innocent? Kunihiko arrested him because they found out he was the one who sent information to coerce that guy who killed 3 policemen previously. But I don’t know, it’s best not to actually point fingers at this moment because we don’t know who is good or bad. I’m also going to continue my suspicion towards Hibino’s father.
Just what the hell happened that night?! Ikuo’s flashback now gave us some insight that Yuiko was pointing the gun at his direction instead? *I seriously do not know what to believe anymore in this drama*
But wow this scene was nicely done though. I love the editing and how that music in the background was as Ikuo struggling with his visions.
Danno got the pendrive from Yamashiro’s son and opened up a file about this surgeon in which his resume mentioned the ‘Ouroboros Plan’. So that necklace Ikuo is now wearing may hold the key to the answer.
Ikuo’s room though…how empty and simplistic can this get?
Hibino went his house to find him after he released himself from the hospital earlier. She saw his necklace and just as she was putting it back on the table, Ikuo came back. She was startled and the necklace dropped into her bag instead.
Lol Hibino bought omurice for him. Not one, but TWO.
Hibino took the necklace and asked the forensics to see if there was anything different or special about it.
Ikuo told Danno about his vision, Yuiko pointing the gun at him.
The forensics told Hibino it wasn’t just a normal necklace. Apparently, it had this etched number. Some kind of code?
His long WIG though LOL
Ok, I think he was thinking of taking her as hostage to threaten her father for the truth about the incident 20 years ago?
She WAS pointing it at Ikuo, and here I thought Ikuo was recalling wrong things. I don’t get this drama anymore, it’s confusing.
This episode was awesome. Probably the BEST so far. So much stuffs going on and escalating so quickly my brain couldn’t digest everything yet.
